Most of Vlora is free and open: the Lungomare and the city beaches, Flag Square and the old town, the Muradie Mosque, Kuzum Baba, Zvërnec’s footbridge. Restaurants and cafés take walk-ins outside peak August evenings, and taxis are found on the street or through your host. Explore what to do.
