The Haxhi Ali cave sits where the Karaburun Peninsula meets the open sea. Named after a 17th-century sailor from the Vlora region, it is a high-vaulted sea cave that small boats can enter when the swell allows.
It is rarely sold on its own: most operators include it on Sazan and Karaburun itineraries, or on shorter afternoon runs along the peninsula. Whether a boat goes inside depends entirely on the sea on the day, so treat the cave as a highlight rather than a guarantee.
